To join our Fuel On Wisconsin Loyalty Program, simply download the Impact Rewards app from Google Play or the Apple App Store and complete your registration right within the app.
Already a member? Log in to access and manage your rewards easily!

Having an Impact Rewards account is essential to ensure you don't miss out on earning and redeeming points.
Without an account, you won't be able to track your rewards or redeem points for items in the Catalog Rewards. If you use a card that isn’t linked to an Impact Rewards account, any earned points and rewards cannot be recovered if the card is lost or damaged. Creating an account gives you secure access to your rewards and helps us assist you more effectively if needed.
Please note: Your Impact Rewards account is solely for tracking your points and rewards. We guarantee that your information will never be shared or sold.

At checkout, pay with your preferred method—cash, credit, or debit. After completing your purchase, keep an eye on the PIN pad screen, even if you paid with cash.
When prompted about Impact Rewards membership:
Select ‘Yes.’
Enter your mobile ID, swipe your Membership Card, or ask the cashier to scan the barcode from your Impact Rewards app.
If you've redeemed a Catalog Reward with your points in the app, the screen will ask if you wish to apply it to your purchase. Press ‘Yes’ to use the reward on your qualifying items.

To redeem your Catalog Rewards points for a gas discount, follow these steps:
Claim Your Reward: Open the Impact Rewards app and claim your gas discount reward before making a purchase.
Pay at the Pump:
Swipe your credit or debit card as usual.
When prompted, select ‘Yes’ to confirm your Impact Rewards membership.
Enter your Mobile ID (the 10-digit phone number linked to your Impact Rewards account) or swipe your Membership Card like a debit/credit card.
Apply Your Reward:
If eligible rewards are available, you’ll be asked to confirm using the reward for this transaction.
Select ‘Yes’ to apply the reward, and the gas pump will automatically roll back the price to reflect the discount.
Save for Later:
You can choose to decline and save the reward for a future fuel-up.
Keep in mind that rewards expire after 30 days. Use the app to track your remaining days.
Note: If you’ve purchased a qualifying Super Saver Gas Discount item and pre-paid for fuel inside the store, the discount will be applied automatically, and the gas pump will reflect the discounted price.

To receive a physical card, simply ask an employee at the register at any Fuel On location and they can provide you with one.
You do not need to have a physical card to earn points towards rewards! You can also use your 10-digit phone number (alternate ID) to earn points for rewards. If you do have a physical card that you would like to add to your account, follow the steps below.
Log into your Impact Rewards mobile app on your phone or tablet.
On the bottom right hand side of the screen, select the ‘more’ button (white circle with 3 dots).
Tap ‘Manage Cards’ under the Account menu (3rd option form the top).
Tap ‘Add Card’ towards the bottom of the screen.
Enter the number printed under the barcode on the back of your membership card and click submit.
If you receive a pop up that states your card is already attached to another account, please contact us and we can help you out!

The Impact Rewards program is only available through our mobile app. The good news is that even without the app, your Club Rewards (Buy Some get 1 free) and Super Saver Gas Discounts (buy a certain item and get a price rollback per gallon up to 20 gallons) automatically come off when the correct item is purchased when using your card in store.
If you have a tablet, iPad, or Kindle Fire (Kindles need to have the Google Play Store installed, and you can find instructions here), you can download our app on those devices and manage your Catalog Rewards.

If for any reason you did not receive the points or rewards you have earned or redeemed please submit a contact form. From there we can help resolve the issues and get your points!

Unfortunately, you can only have one card attached to your account due to the software used. However, you can replace a lost or damaged card by removing the old one from your account and linking a new card.

If you lost your card or need to replace it, you can pick up a new card at any Fuel On location. Just ask an employee. You can also continue earning points through your Alternate ID (the 10-digit phone number associated with your account).
Once you have a new card, simply unlink the old card from your account and add the new one through the app. Once linked, all of your points and rewards will remain on your account.

Once redeemed, rewards expire after 30 days. You can use the app to check how many days you have left to use the reward.
To avoid having rewards expire, we recommend claiming rewards only when you know you will be using them in the near future.
